There is an EU release that credits Sony Music as a label and other differences of distribution listed on the small print of the sticker. The sets are also autographed, but are only available to fans who bought the Toolarmy VIP tickets to the forthcoming dates on their tour.

Fear Incoculum was originally released as a CD package featuring a 4" HD rechargeable video screen, a USB charging cable, a 2 watt speaker and a 36 page book. This is all subjective, of course, and really not that important in the end, but still worth mentioning. One of Tool’s problems on Fear Inoculum is that, with few exceptions, the songs feel static and brittle.I like 'Pneuma' just over 'Fear Inoculum' and on most recent listens, 'Invincible' got my attention. It's a beautifully made box set but my god what a spit in the face to tout this as a special thing, seemingly the only vinyl release of the album, only to release a standard version a few months later. They thrive in an enormously popular world of polyrhythms and prurience; of Jungian philosophy and Bill Hicks memes; of pewter dragon statues with orbs in their mouths and guys telling you that DMT is actually a chemical in your brain. That line lands poorly in light of a 2018 allegation from a woman on Twitter who claimed Keenan sexually assaulted her in 2000 when she was 17, an accusation that Keenan has denied.

I just want to play the record and having to open the big heavy book and take a new disc out after every side feels like more effort than it’s worth.Above all, Fear Inoculum pays homage to Tool itself, a long-delayed encore that has fans racing back to the arena. Of course, those charts don't necessarily mean as much in this age as they did when the preceding Tool LP dropped, but 270,000 album-equivalent units within the first week do not lie.
